Unable to Sync

    I haven’t been able to Sync for the past few weeks. Everytime I try to do it from the website manually, it just times out after a minute or two.

    Everything is setup on the device including control server settings

    Thank you for using My Note Cloud.
    I see that your device successfully synced on October 2.
    The timeout may be due to insufficient bandwidth on your Internet connection.

    My Note Cloud is available in Japan and support is only available in Japanese.
    Sorry I can’t be of much help.
